Preamble

Caiz Trade s.r.o is a limited liability company duly incorporated under the laws of Slovakia with company registration number 54 086 043 and official address at Mostová 185/2, Bratislava – mestská časť Staré Mesto 811 02, Slovakia (hereinafter referred to as „Caiz Trade“, „Provider“, „We“, „Us“ or „Our“).

In certain geographical areas, Caiz Trade makes Caizcoin available to you („User“, „You“, or „Your“).We reserve the right to block the access and the use of Caizcoin in any Prohibited Industries, Services and Products, to any Prohibited Users, Users in blocked jurisdictions or to any other Users as We deem fit to ensure the integrity of Caizcoin and to comply with islamic laws and finance, applicable laws and regulations.

The following terms of use (the „Terms“) incorporated herein, set forth the rights and obligations of the business relationship between the User and Caiz Trade. Please read these Terms carefully before you use any of the services described herein. By clicking the ‘Accept’ button, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all other terms that are incorporated by reference.

1. Services and Business Relationship

Caiz Trade offers (i) purchasing and withdrawing Caizcoin and (ii) non-custody wallets for Caizcoin Users to store their purchased Caizcoin Token. The payment of purchase price for Caizcoin is processed by the listed payment solutions („Payment Processor“).

By accepting these Terms and using Caizbuy („Platform“) to buy Caizcoin, the User understands that these Terms are binding between the User and the Provider only and that Payment Processor is not a party to these Terms.

These Terms cover the following products and services („Services“) accessed and/or used by the User which is operated by or otherwise made available by Caiz Trade:

(i) Caiz Trade´s Platform, Caizbuy

(ii) Caiz Earn

(iii) The Features as indicated below

(iv) The website www.caizcoin.com and/or sub-website and/or associated domains (and/or sub-domains) of https://caizcoin.com/ („Site “)

(v) The purchase of Caizcoin

(vi) All other services and communications provided by Caiz Trade and its Affiliates

2. Definitions

2.1. ”Caizbuy” or the “Platform” is a digital platform where users can purchase and withdraw Caizcoin.

2.2. Prohibited Industries, Services and Products – means any industry, service, product or project that is non-complaint with Islam, mainly related but not limited to alcohol, pork, drugs, pornography, gambling and violence is excluded from the blockchain system.

2.3. Prohibited User – (i) a natural person wishing to become a User and being a citizen, national, resident or having a similar connecting factor to; or (ii) a juridical person wishing to become a User and being incorporated, registered or effectively managed and controlled from or in: (a) a country, jurisdiction or territory where the holding and use of utility tokens and/or virtual currencies or other tokens at any other moment in time is prohibited by laws, regulations or other practices and policies in the said country, jurisdiction or territory where the aforementioned are prohibited or (b) a country, jurisdiction or territory that is included in any international, regional or other sanction list or measures. This shall include (i) any person subject to any sanctions administered or enforced by any country or government or international authority and (ii) any person representing or acting on behalf of such restricted prohibited User/s in any manner or capacity whether openly or covertly.

2.4. Provider – shall refer to Caiz Trade s.r.o. incorporated in Slovakia with company registry number 54086043.

3. Caizcoin Account, Account Registration and Requirements

Users must register and open an account with Caizcoin before accessing and using any of the Services available on the Platform.

3.1. Caizcoin Account Registration

A User can only access the Platform if the User has created a user account on the Platform (“Caizcoin Account”). All actions that are taken by the User on the Platform or the Caizcoin Account are subject to the terms and conditions laid down hereinafter. To create an account and register, you must provide Your full name, Your email address, password, six (6) character secret PIN, Your acceptance for these terms and the Privacy Policy, and other rules as may be applicable.

Caiz Trade may refuse, in its discretion, to open a Caizcoin Account for You. You agree to provide complete and accurate information when opening a Caizcoin Account and agree to timely update any information You provide to Caizcoin to maintain the integrity and accuracy of the information. Each Caizcoin Account is uniquely tied to the identity of the individual that successfully opens a Caizcoin Account. Each individual may not hold more than one Caizcoin Account. Also, Users may not hold or use Caizcoin Accounts for and on behalf of other Users or individuals.

Upon registration, You shall be able to see your username on a dashboard after you logged in via Your email address and password. The User can change the registered username, update or amend at any point in time.

3.2. Eligibility

To be eligible to participate in the Caizcoin offering and purchase Caizcoin, the User must be at least eighteen (18) years old or be of a sufficient age to legally obtain and hold digital assets in the User’s jurisdiction and must not be a citizen or resident (i) of any country that prohibits the participation in Crypto assets offerings or the holding of crypto assets; (ii) of a country that is included in any international, regional or other sanction list or measures; or (iii) that is subject to any sanctions administered or enforced by any country or government or international authority (“Excluded Jurisdiction”).

The User shall not participate in Caizcoin offering and purchase Caizcoin if there are any applicable legal restrictions in the User’s country of residence or domicile. It is the sole responsibility of the User to ensure that the participation in a crypto asset offering is not prohibited, restricted, curtailed, hindered, impaired or otherwise adversely affected in any way by any applicable law, regulation, or rule in the User’s country of residence or domicile. The User acknowledges and accepts that some of the services may be adjusted or restricted, in whole or in part, in certain jurisdictions by the Provider in order to comply with any requirements or restrictions as may be imposed by local laws and authorities.

3.3. Account Verification and Privacy Policy

As part of the account registration you agree that your personal data, documents and information will be processed for identity verification purposes (which may include photographs and/or videos evidencing the existence of such documents and information).

A proper warning is displayed to You before You purchase Caizcoin, stating that You will only be able to withdraw your funds if You successfully passed the identification process. We use the information we collect to detect, prevent, and mitigate financial crime and other illicit or harmful activities on the Interface. For these purposes, we may share the information we collect with blockchain analytics providers. We share information with these service providers only so that they can help us promote the safety, security, and integrity of Caizcoin. We do not retain the information we collect any longer than necessary for these purposes. 4. Payment of Purchase Price

4.1. If a User concludes a Caizcoin purchase, the Caizcoin purchased by the User are automatically added to the Caizcoin Wallet and the User receives a payment confirmation email with a receipt into the User´s provided email address. By accepting these Terms, the User acknowledges that the value of Caizcoin (if any) may fluctuate over a short period of time depending on external market forces.

4.2. To make a Caizcoin purchase, the User can use any of the means of payment made available to the User. By selecting a payment method that is offered by a third-party payment provider, the User agrees to the terms of use of that payment provider.

5. Caiz Earn Program

The Platform is offering an earning program based on the offered process to participate as a liquidity provider. The owner of Caizcoin may allocate their purchased Token to a dedicated Liquidity Pool (“Caiz Liquidity Pool”) for a specific time frame that can be selected in the respective interface whereas a small profit is generated every time when buy and sell orders are matched via the liquidity pool.

All profits from all transactions are accumulated and shared pro-rata with the owners of the Pooled-Caizcoin in the Caiz Liquidity Pool. The Participant in the Caiz Earn Program acknowledge and agree to the following:

5.1. Caizcoins in the Caiz Liquidity Pool are locked in a dedicated secure wallet for either 6 months or 12 months.

5.2. The locked Caizcoins are mirrored in the liquidity pool – there is no risk of losing the locked Caizcoins, as they don’t leave the locked wallet.

5.3. Profits are paid out every 3 months and can be withdrawn upon receipt. The profit potential is determined by the size of the liquidity pool, (the amount of locked coins) the length of the locked period, and the volume of trades in the ecosystem.

5.4. Current profit expectations are

– Based on the 6-month period – between 2%and 4.5% of the initial contribution

– Based on the 12-month period – between 5% and 9.5% of the initial contribution

6. Taxation

The User bears the sole responsibility to determine if the participation in the Caizcoin Offering and/or the purchase or sale of Caizcoin has any tax implications for the User. By purchasing, holding, using, or selling Caizcoin, and to the extent permitted by law, the User agrees not to hold the Provider, the Affiliates, the collaborating Partner or any third party liable for any tax liabilities arising from the purchase, ownership, sale or use of Caizcoin. The User is solely responsible for determining any payable tax and declaring, withholding, reporting, and remitting the correct amount of any taxes to the appropriate tax authorities in the User’s country of residence.

7. Cancellation of Your Caizcoin Account

In case of any of the following events, Caiz Trade shall have the right to directly terminate these Terms by canceling your Caizcoin Account, and shall enjoy the right but not the obligation to permanently freeze (cancel) the authorizations of your Caizcoin Account on Caizbuy and withdraw the corresponding Caizcoin Account thereof:

– after Caiz Trade terminates services to you;

– you allegedly register or register in any other person’s name as a Caizcoin User again, directly or indirectly;

– the information that you have provided is untruthful, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete;

– when these Terms are amended, you state your unwillingness to accept the amended Terms by applying for cancellation of your Caizcoin Account or by other means;

– you request that Caizcoin Services be terminated; and

– any other circumstances where Caiz Trade deems it should terminate Caiz Trade Services.

8. Your Request for Deactivation or Lockage / Security

You may request that We deactivate or delete/close Your Caizcoin Account at any time by contacting Our customer support center.

If Your account has been compromised and Your payment card has been used without Your consent You are advised to inform Us immediately so that We may lock the suspicious account until We are contacted further by Your local bank or authorities. Please be advised that due to the sensitive nature of the claim We are only able to liaise and communicate any information to Authorities. Therefore, if you have not done so already, please contact Your Authorities to file a report and be guided accordingly.

8.1. Responsibility of User

– It is Your responsibility to choose a “strong password” to secure access to the Caizcoin Account and Caizcoin Wallet.

– It is Your responsibility to cover all possible charges, costs, and personal damage caused by the loss of credentials (login/password) to the accounts.

– It is Your responsibility to ensure that You keep Your details confidential and it is Your responsibility to secure any linked email address, personal computer, or another device on which Your Caizcoin Account is accessible.

– You are fully responsible for any misuse of Your login details or devices.

– If You are concerned that Your credentials have been disclosed to a third party You should notify Us immediately so that We may provide You with a new password.

– Unless caused by any negligence on Our part, any unauthorized use of Your login details and any unauthorized use of Your Caiz Account are Your sole responsibility and will be deemed as Your own use.

8.2. Account Safety Recommendations

– Do not share your password or secret PIN with anyone under any circumstances.

– Always use and enable two-factor authentication („2FA “).

– Follow the “strong password” guide for securing access to the Caizcoin Account and Caizcoin Wallet.

– The password must contain more than eight (8) symbols. Between twelve (12) and twenty (20) characters for the password are recommended. In this regard, the password must consist of the upper (A-Z) and lower-case letters (a-z) and at least two (2) digits.

– The use of non-alphabetic characters (e.g., !, $, #, %) is highly recommended.

– The password shall not be the same as or include the User name or ID.

– Passwords shall not be easily predictable and guessable.

– Never send Your Caizcoin tokens to unknown wallet addresses.

– Always use the updated version of Your browser.

– Always ensure that the “Green lock” exists all the time on the URL bar.

– If your computer randomly opens pop-ups or is slow for no-reason, avoid logging into Caizcoin Account with that computer.

– Verify all links and don’t click on a link without examining it carefully to make sure it’s from a trusted and verified source.

– Caizcoin team will never contact Users or request any sensitive details, such as access passwords or sensitive personal info. Hence, You must be aware of impersonators of Caizcoin´s team.

– You are responsible for securely storing Your password and secret PIN that protect Your Caizcoin Account.

9. Caizcoin Wallet

The Caizcoin Wallet is a non-custodial blockchain wallet that enables the User to be the true user of the wallet. Upon the provision of a Caizcoin Wallet to the User, We have no control over the actions, transactions or events pertaining to the Caizcoin Wallet.

We use AWS Secrets manager to securely store the public/private keys in Our secure data vaults. We have successfully removed Our influence and control from the stored keys by providing only to the true User the competence and capacity to decrypt these encrypted keys.

9.1. Purpose and Limitations

The Token Wallet is a non-custodial blockchain wallet operated by the Provider that controls the private key (“PIK”) to the unique public address of the User (“User Address”). The Token Wallet enables the User to hold Caizcoins and make use of Caizcoin Functionalities as further described herein. The Caizcoin Wallet of the User is created and integrated into the Caizcoin Account when the User accepts these Terms.

The present Caizcoin Wallet is covering the technical connectivity with ERC – 20 Tokens, the updated version will be operational with its native Blockchain Caizchain.

9.2. Creation of Caizcoin Wallet

9.2.1.Overview

Creating a Caizcoin wallet requires account registration. The updated Wallet can only operate on Chaizcain as long as the user’s account is valid.

9.2.2.Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a Caizcoin Wallet, the User must complete the Caizcoin Account Registration and meet the eligibility requirements as outlined above („Eligibility “).

9.3. Provision of Caizcoin Wallet

A personal blockchain wallet is defined by randomly generated alphanumeric characters called the wallet address which is created automatically for each user once the account registration has been completed.

9.3.1.Caizcoin Balance

The Caizcoin Wallet displays the balance of Caizcoins held by the User.

9.3.2.Transaction History

The Caizcoin Wallet includes a transaction history that contains all incoming and outgoing transactions of the User (“Transaction History”). The User understands and acknowledges that the Transaction History is a complementary part of the Caizcoin Wallet service. Therefore, the Provider shall use commercially reasonable efforts to assure that the information contained in the Transaction History is accurate and reliable. However, errors can sometimes occur and such errors shall not be considered as a breach of the contractual service standard to be provided under the Caizcoin Terms. The Provider shall use commercially reasonable efforts to rectify the error within a reasonable time.

9.4. Caizcoin Wallet Funding and Transfers

9.4.1.The User may top-up the Caizcoin Wallet in any of the following ways:

(i) Purchase of Caizcoin on the Platform;

(ii) Purchase of Caizcoin from any Cryptocurrency Exchange if available; or

(iii) Purchase of Caizcoin through peer-to-peer (P2P) trading.

9.4.2.Disclaimer

The Caizcoin Wallet address can receive and/or hold Ether (ETH), Caizcoin and other blockchain-based assets that are compatible with the Ethereum blockchain. However, the Platform can only show the amount of Caiz in the Caizcoin Wallet. Blockchain-based assets that are compatible with the Ethereum blockchain other than Caizcoin („Invisible Assets“) will not be visible to the User. The Provider assumes no responsibility or liability in connection with any attempt of a User to use the Caizcoin Wallet for Invisible Assets. The User acknowledges and agrees that the Provider bears no responsibility and is not liable for any Invisible Asset that is sent to the Caizcoin Wallet, including but not limited to, the loss of any such Invisible Asset.

The User understands and acknowledges that all transactions are executed at the sole risk of the User. If the User enters the incorrect wallet address, both for an outgoing or an incoming transaction, the transacted amount of Caizcoin Tokens will be irrevocably lost. The User will be solely liable or responsible for ensuring that the information the User provides is accurate and complete.

9.5. Caizcoin Wallet Recovery

After You create a Caizcoin Account, We provide You with a password protected PDF containing Your recovery key for Your Caizcoin Wallet. You can export or get Your recovery key through logging into Your account.

9.6. Caiz Wallet Support Services

The User hereby understands and acknowledges that We do not provide the User with any Support Services in relation to Caiz Wallet.

9.7. Caizcoin Wallet Security

It is Provider`s responsibility to secure Caizcoin Wallets of the Users. The Provider shall use the best security practices to ensure the security of Caizcoin Wallets. In this regard, the Provider shall use best efforts to provide error-free, bugs-free and highly secure solutions and software.

10. Suspension

10.1. Prerequisities

Provider explicitly reserves its right to suspend the access to the Caizcoin Account of the User and/or lock all or some of Caizcoin held on the User Address, at any time and with an immediate notice sent to the User`s provided email address, if the Provider sees it necessary to protect the interest of the User, the Provider or any third party, or if the Provider reasonably suspects any of the following:

– fraud, cheating, or misuse of the Caizcoin Wallet by the User;

– any irregular or other unlawful activity associated with the Caizcoin Wallet;

– that the Caizcoin Wallet is held for the benefit or account of third parties;

– that the User has used a means of payment that does not belong to the User; or

– any violation of these Terms or any applicable laws and regulations.

If the Provider temporarily suspends the respective Caizcoin transactions or locks any Caizcoin held on the User Address, such suspension or lock may remain in effect until such time as the ground for such restriction is extinct and/or resolved to the Provider’s full satisfaction.

10.2. Nonliability

The User understands and acknowledges that the Provider is not liable for any permanent or temporary suspension of Caizcoin Account and is not required to repay the Purchase Price for Caizcoin that by the Provider due to the reasons described above.

During the course of any suspension, the Provider shall not be liable for the activities and transactions conducted after any suspension via the Caizcoin Wallet that belongs to the User of the suspended Caizcoin Account as long as such suspension remains in effect.

11. Support Services

Provider provides the User with support services („Support Services“) for registered Accounts. The Support Services are availed of by email on support@caizcoin.com. All Support Services are provided on a best effort basis. The Provider does not guarantee that the Support Services will be available to the User free of errors or that the issue of the User will ultimately be solved by the Provider.

12. Violation of Terms or Regulations

In the event that the Provider discovers, at any time after the acceptance of these Terms, that the participation of the User in Caizcoin purchase is in violation of these Terms or any applicable laws and regulations, the purchase of Caizcoin by the User will be regarded as invalid.

Any attempt by you to disrupt or interfere with the Services, including without limitation undermining or manipulating the legitimate operation of any Site, is a breach of these terms of use and may be a breach or violation of criminal and civil laws.

13. Risks Related to Caizcoin

13.1. Risk of Legal Qualification: The User understands and acknowledges that in some jurisdictions, there are no relevant prejudices regarding Caizcoin´s qualification or legal treatment might be available. Therefore, the risk remains that a court in any jurisdiction may conclude that the Caizcoin Offering and/or the issuance of Caizcoin are in violation of statutory law.

13.2. Risk of Depreciation: The User understands and accepts that with regard to Caizcoin, the value of Caizcoin may experience depreciation.

The User understands and acknowledges that the risks listed above are borne exclusively by the User, that the User cannot pass on the consequences of a realization of these risks to the Provider, the collaborating Partner or any other third party and the Purchase Price will not be refunded to the User if any of these risks are realized.

14. Representations of User

By accepting these Terms, purchasing Caizcoin from the Provider, the User represents and warrants that:

a) the User has read and understood these Terms in their entirety;

b) the User has read and understood the applicable privacy policy in their entirety;

c) the User is not a citizen or resident of an Excluded Jurisdiction;

d) the User is not a resident or citizen of, or located in, a geographic area that is subject to UN-, US-, EU-, Swiss or any other sovereign country’s sanctions or embargoes;

e) the User is not being listed, or associated with any person or entity being listed, on any of the US Department of Commerce’s Denied Persons or Entity List, the US Department of Treasury’s Specially Designated Nationals or Blocked Persons Lists, the US Department of State’s Debarred Parties List, the EU Consolidated List of Persons, Groups and Entities Subject to EU Financial Sanctions, or the Swiss SECO’s Overall List of Sanctioned Individuals, Entities and Partners;

f) any funds used to pay the Purchase Price are (i) good, clean, clear and are of non-criminal origin; (ii) completely free and clear of any liens or encumbrances of any kind of any rights of third-party interests; and (iii) have no origins that may be connected to any breach of money laundering regulations whatsoever, as defined in the jurisdiction of origin, or internationally;

g) the User acknowledges and understands that the User cannot use Caizcoin and its Features to engage in Prohibited Industries, Services and Products;

h) the User is of sufficient age to legally obtain the Caizcoin in the User’s jurisdiction and does not act on behalf of any third party;

i) the User is not purchasing Caizcoin for the purpose of speculative investment but to build a connection with the Provider and to use the Caizcoin as further described herein;

j) the User understands that Caizcoin does not represent or constitute any ownership rights or stake, shares or security or equivalent rights in the Provider and does not convey any rights to receive or participate in future profits, revenue streams, or proceeds that are related to the activities the Provider;

k) the User understands that Caizcoin does not create or confer any enforceable contractual or other obligations against the Provider and that Caizcoin does not grant to the User any license or right of any nature with respect to any intellectual property rights, rights of publicity, or equivalent rights in related to the Provider or its affiliates; and

l) the User will not hold the Provider and its affiliates, or any other party liable for any tax liability associated with the User’s participation in Caizcoin purchase and offering or any participation in secondary market activities of Caizcoin.

15. Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by the applicable law, the User shall indemnify, defend, and hold the Provider harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, suits, actions, demands, proceedings, expenses, and/or liabilities (including but not limited to reasonable legal fees incurred and/or those necessary to establish the right to indemnification successfully) filed/incurred by the User or any third party against the Provider arising out of a breach of any warranty, representation, or obligation by the User hereunder.

16. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall we or any of our officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, or subsidiaries be liable to you for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including (but not limited to) damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible property, arising out of or relating to any access or use of the Caizcoin Account, nor will we be responsible for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from hacking, tampering, or other unauthorized access or use of the Interface or the information contained within it. We assume no liability or responsibility for any: (a) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (b) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from any access or use of the Interface; (c) unauthorized access or use of any secure server or database in our control, or the use of any information or data stored therein; (d) interruption or cessation of function related to the Interface; (e) bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Interface; (f) errors or omissions in, or loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of, any content made available through the Interface; and (g) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party. Under no circumstances shall this limitation of liability applies regardless of whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such liability. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of certain liabilities and damages. Accordingly, some of the disclaimers and limitations set forth in this Agreement may not apply to you. This limitation of liability shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

17. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by all applicable laws, regulations, and rules and except as otherwise provided in these Terms, Caiz Trade hereby expressly disclaims its liability and shall in no case be liable to any person for:

– Any loss, hack or theft of Your Caizcoin Account as a result of phishing, pharming, vishing, smishing or any other method as a result of any of Your transactions and/or payment methods used on the Platform;

– Failure or delay in the delivery by Caiz Trade, and receipt by You, of any Caizcoin for any reason beyond Caiz Trade´s control or for any reason attributable, in whole or in part, to a third party;

– Any prohibition, restriction or regulation by any government or regulatory authority in any jurisdiction of the operation, functionality, usage, storage, transmission mechanisms, transferability and tradability of the Platform.

It is Your responsibility to ensure that You keep Your details confidential and it is Your responsibility to secure any linked email address, personal computer or other device on which Your Caizcoin Account is accessible. You are fully responsible for any misuse of Your login details or devices. If You are concerned that Your credentials have been disclosed to a third party You should notify Us immediately so that We may provide You with a new password. Unless caused by any negligence on Our part, any unauthorized use of Your login details and any unauthorized use of Your Account are Your sole responsibility and will be deemed as Your own use.

18.Termination

The User may only deactivate the Caizcoin Wallet by requesting closure of the Caizcoin Account and Caizcoin Wallet, contacting the customer support center of the Provider as indicated under section 9. The User understands and acknowledges that the Provider will not be able to access the User Address after the deactivation of the Caizcoin Wallet and will not be able to process any transaction.

19. Intellectual Property Rights

These Terms shall not entitle You to any intellectual property rights, including the rights in relation to the use, for any purpose, of any information, image, user interface, logos, trademarks, trade names, internet domain names or copyright in connection with Caiz Trade or its Affiliates.

There are no implied licenses under these Terms. Any rights not expressly granted to You hereunder are reserved by Caiz Trade.

20. Miscellaneous

20.1. Change of Terms

The Provider reserves the right to change or amend these Terms from time to time. In this case, the Provider will inform the User about such changes, for example by publishing a notice on the Platform or sending an email notice together with the updated Terms. The provider will further change the “Last Updated” date at the top of these Terms. To the extent permissible by law, any amended Terms shall become effective and deemed accepted immediately if the User continues making use of the Services after the publication of such notice.

20.2. No Waiver

Any failure of Caiz Trade to enforce these Terms or to assert any rights, claims or causes of action against You under these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of the right of Caiz Trade to assert any rights, claims or causes of action against You.

20.3. Entire Agreement

These Terms contain the entire agreement between the User and the Provider with regard to the subject matter regulated herein and supersede all previous written or oral communication between the User and the Provider as well as any public statements about the Caizcoin offering made by anyone in the past, present, and future.

20.4. Severability

The User agrees that if any portion of these Terms is found illegal or unenforceable, in whole or in part, such provision shall, as to such jurisdiction, be ineffective solely to the extent of such determination of invalidity or unenforceability without affecting the validity or enforceability thereof in any other manner or jurisdiction and without affecting the remaining provisions of the Terms, which shall continue to be in full force and effect.

20.5. Force Majeure

If an event that is caused by an impediment beyond the Provider’s control that (i) occurs after the acceptance of these Terms and (ii) could not have reasonably been foreseen by the Provider at the acceptance of these Terms prevents the Provider from fulfilling its obligations under this Agreement, the Provider shall be relieved of those obligations.
