We are currently looking for a Key Account Manager DACH to join our team at the German Headquarter in Frankfurt.



Job description:

We are looking for a talented Key Account Manager to oversee the company's relationships with its key customers. You will be responsible for acquiring and maintaining long-term key accounts by understanding their requirements. The most ideal candidate will be able to build strong relationships with strategic customers. You will be able to identify needs and requirements to promote our company's solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction. The goal is to help maintain and grow our business for long-term success.



Responsibilities:

  • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients
  • Addressing and resolving key clients’ complaints
  • Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams
  • Supervising the account teams assigned to each key client
  • Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders
  • Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions
  • Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client's long-term goals

Experience:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in a Key Account Manager role
  • Knowledge or experience in Finance and/or Decentralized Finance and/or Cryptocurrency/Blockchain is an advantage
  • The ability to build rapport with key clients
  • The ability to handle multiple client accounts
  • Strong negotiation and leadership skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills and Team Player
  • Great at organizing, prioritizing, and multitasking

Level of studies:

Diploma, Bachelor or Master Degree in Business, Economics, Finance or similar


Language Requirements:

Fluent in German and English
