Job description:

We are looking for a qualified Community Manager to join our team. If you are a tech-savvy professional with experience in social media, PR, and promotional events, we would love to meet you. Our preferred candidate will have outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to develop engaging content. You should be a people person with excellent customer service skills and be able to have online and offline conversations with our community.



Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement campaigns for social networks and corporate communications in line with marketing strategies
  • Provide engaging text, image, and video content to social media accounts
  • Respond to comments and customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Monitor and document feedback and online reviews
  • Organize and participate in events to build community and increase brand awareness
  • Collaborate with marketing, PR and communications teams to ensure brand consistency
  • Collaborate with development and sales departments to stay current on new products and features
  • Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry experts, and journalists
  • Stay up to date on new technology trends

Experience:

  • 4+ years of professional experience in a Community Manager role
  • Knowledge or experience in Cryptocurrency/Blockchain is an advantage
  • Ambassador program, creating an event series, and writing an email newsletter)
  • Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Hands-on experience managing social media for brands
  • Ability to interpret metrics on website traffic and online customer engagement
  • Strategic thinker
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team Player
  • Tech-savvy

Level of studies:

Diploma, Bachelor or Master Degree in Marketing, Media or similar


Language Requirements:

Fluent in English
